yes, I have been informed that the building work has started, due to the builder being very keen to get on with it, hope the build quality is not compromised!

If I can get someone out to the site and take a few pics. I'll put them on this site.

The agent who I have is over in UK for Xmas. I recon everything will slow down and stop for the next week or two, which is understandable!

We've had an e-mail from our lawyer to say that the license has definitely been signed and contracts will be exchanged week commencing 8th Jan. Our agent says he was there last Monday and they were erecting large cranes on the site.  Woopee!!

We've had the same information from our agent. We look forward to hearing when building will start and also when it is expected to be completed. At last it's beginning to look more promising.
