Hi all,

We've recently taken the plunge and put a deposit down on one of the last remaining properties in phase one.

We went to the site on the 4th May 2007 and took some pictures. They're on the shared photo's section. I forgot to put in the right date, so it says they were taken on the 1st Jan, but it was actually May! As you can see, they're getting on quite well, even though the weather was horrible. The builder was hoping to have the Townhouse showhome ready within a month, so it must be nearly ready now.

We'll be going over again the end of next month and will take some more photo's. I'll post them when we get back.

Just posted new photos too! Amazing how things have progressed in such a short time. Look forward to seeing the next lot.

did the builder give any indication as to when completion will be?

We have been told September 08!

We're not going to site until end Oct this year

Sorry for the delay in replying. No, we've been given the same completion date as you, Sept 08.
