Benalmadena Pueblo or Torreblanca?

hi this is maxine just found this website and am so happy to know that  there are other peaple out there. I have been having a running battle with palmera and builder trying to get information about whether the build will ever be finished or if we can get our money back. Is anyone setting up a collective group to share the legal cost of going against palmera and umbassa as i would be interested in joining you  post message to maxine on the board.

 

Hi Maxine and welcome, yes we are active in taking action as a group if needed however it appears that we are under contract until end of October so any action would probably fail at the moment, the developers inform us that we are all soon to receive a letter of explanation any day now , so stay tuned into this site/forum read thorough all the threads  which will get you up to speed with what’s happening also they are lots of pictures from members and fellow purchasers to view but don’t get too depressed.
