Los Lagos court case won against developer!

Please see link below regarding a court case won yesterday, and judge ordering purchaser's monies to be returned because of no LFO.

The case the article refers to that was lost was at Santa Maria Green Hills.

Hi all

I just won a case against Los Lagos in the High Court of Malaga.

This case was lost in Marbella and the High Court of Malaga revoked the sentence of Marbella.

It is not the first case that was won in Malaga in the last months and it is fine because it means that the argument used by the buyers lawyers is absolutely valid, the development has no habitation license and there is a delay of 4 years until today until they obtain the habitation license.

My client is very happy and I still believe in justice.

Now the problem will be to obtain the funds but the first step is done and we have to go step by step.
