Hi
Does anyone have any tips  on the best way to get Quara to finish the snagging list?
Ie Throw a dippy fit at the office in Villamartin ,threaten legal action etc.
We have unresolved snagging and they are not responsive to emails. I can't believe we are the only ones in this situation and would be grateful to anyone  who has been successful if they can divulge  how  they made Quara respond positively.
Thanks
Barbara

I have a list of snags too. I have sent many e-mails they do not respond. However when we go into the office they have the mail in their folder. They are very slowly doing the list normally one snag per visit on average very frustrating. I am finding that the only way to get anything done is to visit the office,

This is a common problem. I have got he message from Louders that our snags were completed in June.(we left to Sweden early May). Still waiting for answer to my complaint.

I have heard that the rule is that snags should be completed within 4 weeks.

Arne

I also think it should be 4 weeks but so fat it is 7 months. They do not seem to be progressing the work. Fortunately there is nothing serious? Well as long as the garden wall does not fall over?
