Hi
Just joined and good to see some pics of show homes at last.
We will probably go over in Feb/March next year and hope to see a bit of progress on Phase 1 by then. Been a long time coming - we bought in Oct last year. Sofia.

Hi Tina & Steve,
Welcome to the forum. It must seem a long time since you purchased last year but things are moving now. It is exciting to see some photos of the show houses.
We have purchased a Paula on Plot AB7 and will be moving over permanently. What plot number are you, and is yours a permanent move or a holiday home? We are going over in November and again in January so I will take some photos and put them on here.
Regards
Val & Dave

We have a Sofia P11 - can't wait for it to be ready!! You are lucky Val moving over full-time! We will use it ourselves as much as poss but not perm at the beginning. You are right it is exciting seeing something going up! We are going over Feb/March time so it would be good if you posted some pics in Jan.

Just come across the forum and signed up. Good to hear news from others, amazed that there seems to be so many people from the UK buying in La Tercia Real. We bought a 4 bed Roda in June 2005 on plot S6. Went back for a visit in June 2006, nothing to see really except derelict land (but our imaginations were working overtime!). Bombarded Sonia and Elena with loads of questions and they informed us then that the timescale for the show houses was November 2006 with final build of Phase 1 being, initially June 2007, but now more like September 2007. However, from reading replies on the message board, the timescale now looks even further away.
Going back first week of February 2007 for an update on the development and also to familiarise ourselves with the area. If anyone is out there around that time it would be great to meet up (we rent a friends apartment in the Playa Flamenca area).
Adios!

Hi, and welcome to the site.
We are Paul & Diane and we too have bought a 4 bed - Roda (H3) You have made a great style choice, I know I'm biased.
Seems we are not too far away from you.
We will look foward to exchanging interior design ideas.

Hello everyone out there, my wife Karen and I are buying a Tuscany at LTR. We bought in April 2006 with a promised completion of Sept 2007. As it has taken them about eight months to get the Show houses up to decorating stage we must be looking at 2008 at least. I will upload some photos of the Tuscany Showhouse taken by my spies just before Christmas.
Buying a house in Spain seems to be one big roller coaster designed to fray ones nerves. Has anyone managed to negotiate a Bank Guarantee with PEINSA that hasn't cost a packet, my solicitor seems to think €1000 is acceptable, I Don't.
The last development PEINSA did at Roda was only 50% sold when I visited it in Sept, the houses were finished off well which was a good sign. There have been a few break ins there so the idea of installing alarms during the build seems to be imperative. I will look into that when I visit in March, any one else there March 1,2, or 3? This is a great forum for inter changing ideas and information, I hope it goes from strength to strength.
Regards to all, Terry

Hi!
We have bought a Sofia (Oct 05)!!. I agree with you - 2008 at least. The showhomes have taken so long. Our Bank Guarantee has cost a fortune. We pay it at the end apparently, about £1k - £1500.00 ! Yes, solicitor thinks normal too.
I have to say I probably wouldn't have entered into this if I had known about licences not been granted, Bank Guarantee costs and time issues.
Let's hope things start to happen now - we are going over at the end of March.
Best Wishes
Tina & Steve

Hi Mandy,
Welcome to the forum. We are your next door neighbours, we have purchased a Paula on AB7, pleased to meet you. We purchased ours in April 2006. We have just returned from La Tercia, isn't it a beautiful place? Ours is a permanent move is yours? We can't wait to move over there, I hope the villas aren't too late in completion.

Hi we purchased a Sonia on Ag14 in July 06. We automatically added at least 6 months on to completion date, knowing Spain. We are using for loads of holidays a year for about 5 years and then plan to move permanently. Anyone else out there on AG. Would love to hear from you.

Hi Carol & Tony, Welcome to LTR.
We will be near neighbours, we hope to move to AG18 on a permenant basis if they dont run off with our deposit and eventually start to build houses. We are going out first week in March, so may have something to report. This is a good site, people uploading photos to keep us all informed as you carnt believe anything Peinsa tell you.

Hi Karen & Terry, Have just found a posting from AG13 so we are gradually starting to have a lovely cummunity. Tony keeps saying just be patient, but it is difficult when all you want is to be there.
