Segregation means when a builder has a piece of land he has to segregate the plots on the land ie: Villa's this has been completed and my solicitor informs me when this happens things move very fast..

Just got back from a few days in Spain. Weather fab and mains water is great! Clear as crystal!

Was told that restaurant/bar is opening next week and supermarket soon after.

The restaurant was nearly finished inside so if anyone tries it, can they let us all know how it was?

Was also told that building begins at Campos del Rio next week. (Good news for those buying at Trampolin Hills)
