I got my mortgage from La Caixa and it was great value, all paperwork supplied in English, English speaking staff in the local offices, rates were very competitive with everything else on offer, flexible packages - interest only etc etc and they were first class to deal with. The staff were very familiar with Roda and their staff and the whole process was stress free. La Caixa has two offices in Los Alcazares and one in San Javier which is right beside the Notary´s office where you will be going to complete your purchase and sign all documentation.
