Would just like to recommend a really helpful rental company based in the marina called ALCOR PROPERTY. They are an English family owned company based right in the heart of the marina.
Whilst there recently we called into Alcor to collect keys for an apartment we had rented at Alta Entinas. We spoke to Richard one of the owners and he was most helpful to us. As well on giving us lots of info on the area, he also arranged for us to meet with the local bank to open an account and also to see what current mortgage deals there were on offer.
They arranged for our NIE numbers to be sorted out in Almeria City, they are now waiting for us at the Abagoda's office in the marina area. We could have had them posted to us or collect them on our next visit , We chose to collect them whilst there next.
Alcor also offer very competitive rental and cleaning services and appear most professional. They take care of the cleaning of the towels and bed linen, arrange welcome packs and all the other extra services needed.
We will certainly be contacting them nearer completion regarding the property management of our apartment.
