  Hi All,

              Just received an e-mail from my lawyer in fuengirola ,he has notified Aifos that I am cancelling my contract
              on the grounds of excessive delay which is in breach of contract , he has informed aifos that if he does not ,

             Receive a reply from them within 20 days he will begin legal action against them.

             I will let you know the outcome .

Hi

 

I am trying to verify whether the bank guarantee I have been offered is legitimate, on the outcome of this I will decide whether to join others with Juan to sue Aifos for fraudulent use of our monies we have already paid.

Initially I was confident that Aifos's contractual obligations would be meet with Cortijo however recent information I have obtained has persuaded me to look to get our monies back with compensation.
