Nice to hear from you and it was nice to meet up with you on our visit in October. Its very cold here too but I guess not as cold as Canada. Going out to Spain on Sunday for a week to sort things out,  but unfortunately on my own as the wife has not got the holidays. So its me my case and my golf clubs.

I think your appartment is next to tin tin so perhaps you can contact her she is also on this site. You tell me you are out next March we are too with my parents so hopefully we will meet up for a drink or two.

Just a little secret, Tintin is actually a guy, but hey this is the internet so you can be who you like.

Anyway we're purchasing 969 on R6.

Regarding the pool, this will not be filled until the community has been set up and maintenance contracts are in place.

La Finca certainly has a lot of potential, and looks great. Sure is a long trek from Canada.

We're still waiting for notification from our solicitors, I think there is one final document before we can complete. It we hear anything will post on here.
