Hi, We are due to complete on a property on R5. Can anyone tell me how the area is looking at the moment (roads, pool, gardens etc.). Do you know how close we are to having the community set up (so we can enjoy the pool of course!) ? Also does anyone have any helpful info re getting the builder to undertake snags or any problems we should look out for.

When I was at La Finca at the end of July 07 the communcal pool for Valverde R5 (at the bottom of the hill immediately adjacent to the orange/lemon groves) and gardens looked complete but there was no water in the pool. I assume this is because the community is not properly established.
Could anyone confirm whether the community has been set up on Valverde R5?

We've been told by Quara that it may be next year that the community is set up ' once at least 50% of owners have completed'
When we purchased in April this year we were told it was likely to be in July '07.

Hi again, similar to my previous query......has the pool on R5 been filled?
The reason I ask is my surveyor took a picture of the pool on 20/11/07, the picture is of poor quality but it looks like the pool is full of water!
If so I assume the community is up and running, if so can anyone provide further information regarding this.

I have received a letter from Canovas stating that the Developer has requested that they set up a residents association for R5B2 Fase 10 La Finca. They have invited us to a meeting for the assembly of owners on 7th January.
However we will not be able to attend this meeting due to other commitments. If anyone else is planning on attending this meeting and would consider representing us please send a private post.
