We bought through Parador. They have had a bit of bad press in other forums on this site but I thought they were OK although I think the fact that the builders / management / sales team at La Finca are pretty good which helped. Every time I e-mailed or phoned the sales office I got a response (whether it was bad news or not - at least they responded).
Got to say that I'm totally happy with our purchase and we're looking forward to coming out there again in mid june for a couple of weeks.
