Corgi gas engineer wanted

Hola everyone!

We have just returned from a 2 weeks break staying Los Montenos 5 minutes from La Finca.Our appartment on R6 is almost complete,whilst we was there they finsihed the pool and i have uploaded some pics of R6 pool also some of the new clubhouse and hotel.The development seems to be progressing very well,the course is looking great and the commercial centre is taking shape.I believe we have bought on one of the best golf developments in Spain :)

Hope you had a great holiday.

We're off to Javea in a weeks time and will be popping down to La Finca for a couple of days.

We have had notification from the builders that the apartment is complete, just waiting for the final paper work for completion, although I dont think this will be until Sept.

Also received a photo of the pool, looks like tiling was complete and a few plant around the community, NO GRASS AS YET.

When you were there had the railings, parking bays and electronic gates been installed?

I cant beleive there will be much difference when we go, but I will keep you posted.

The parking bays are marked out but no electronic gates installed as yet. All appartment gardens have been planted but not the pool area and side areas of the appartments. We had noticed that one or two appartments were having air con installed that made us think that they might be already have moved in.
