DEAR COLIN AND LINDA, THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY,I WAS BEGINING TO THINK WE WERE THE ONLY ONES ON R8 AND WAS THAT GOOD OR BAD?.  WE BOUGHT IN JANUARY 07 AND CAN'T WAIT.WE  WENT OUT IN MAY FOR A WEEK AND WE ARE GOING AGAIN IN OCT/NOV FOR A WEEK, JUST TO KEEP AN EYE ON THINGS. SORRY I CAN'T REPLY TO YOUR EMAIL BUT I DON'T NO HOW TO VIA JUSTIN, ONLY JUST FOUND OUT HOW TO DO THIS, BUT I LOVE IT NOW.IT IS SO NICE TO BE ABLE TO CONTACT PEOPLE BEFORE YOU EVEN MOVE IN,SO PLEASE KEEP INTOUCH, ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU, SANDRA AND JULIAN.

Thanks for the reply, I noticed your completion date was Sept 08, can you let us know what phase you have purchased in. We are Phase 1 and were told June 08 and we were wondering if  there was a delay in Phase 1 already!!

hi colin and linda, been looking after my grandson[17months] all week, so this is the first time i have been on my computer,just had the drawings out, and yes we are on PHASE 1 r8 so who is telling porkies ,did you buy direct from the builders or a company like atlas or masa, we did it through masa.if you find out anymore information please let us no and we will do the same. sorry to be late, nice to hear from you both again keep in touch. best wishes sandra and julian   [SRP]

Hi Sandra and Julian

Just returned from la finca after a 9day stay, mixed emotions for us. Phase 8a is coming along very nicely, apartments look very nice too but they have only sold 12 apartments in Phase A in a year, very slow progress for sales, still 10 apartments still to go. They have not started Phase B yet so it may be a time before our community is up and running. We are number 1001, let us know where you are, we may be neighbours!! The commercials are also slow to be opened although another small bar opened last week. Not all doom and gloom as the La Finca still looking very nice.

hola colin and linda thank you for your message board reply im just no good downloading e-mail things     we have the only bungalow on r8(i think) no.987 just opposite you going off the drawing,the other side of the pool .did you go in the office when you were there, i think we will go in this time and ask a few  things,they are very helpful, we'll let you no when we come back.best wishes, sandra and julian  ( srp)
