licence entitlement for goods vehicles

Has anyone been over in the last month and has photos of the new development being built in front of phase 1 ?

Just wondering what the progress was since I went in August, and whether its likely to hinder our summer rentals next year ?

Hi folks. I have just returned from a visit to the area but have not took any photos. The first development on the right as you turn up the hill seems to have ground to a halt. I had heard there has been a planning issue with the height of  this building which may be why it appears to have stopped. The conclusion is that the road is still a mud bath more so now because it has been raining a lot there recently. The new development on the left in front of phase 1 is well under way. They have built a tennis court and a pool and virtually finished what looks like the first of 3 or 4 other blocks. Those in phase 1 who thought they had a sea view are going to be very annoyed. This new development appears to be 4 or 5 stories high bit this might be because the first block being built is lower down the hill at the front. Time will tell ! I actually went for a drive up the hill to look at the other developments for the first time. I had no idea how many were up there, its going to be very dusty for years to come ! Theres a great opportunity for someone with a food shop or bar. On the plus side all our phases appear to have matured more. Villapac appeared to be busy there still although there is still a lot of apartments without owners. I think more people than we think have not completed. Does anyone know when the Community of Owners meeting is ? I thought we were supposed to have communal satellite dishes that everyone can plug into.

When we were there just over a week ago, work was still going on on the aparthotel (i.e. 1st building on the right). I think you will find most of the work was being carried on inside, there were certainly air conditioning units being installed.
