i have been working on a contract for the past 10 weeks so i am out of touch, I was going to get a mortgage for my property but was informed i couldnt do this till a nota simple had been issued what is the position now as it is looking imminent as i have purchased 13/25.

Hi Ian

I am buying 13.27 and have a morgage with BBVA, all they wanted was proof of income they have'nt mentioned anything about a nota simple, might be worth a phone call.

by the way did you know that 13.26 was up for sale!!

I think that will be tony and jan they bought the same day as us, but have changed their mind will be interesting to see what they get for it
