Electric update

Hi All

We had a visit from the Mayor on wednesday and low and behold the rest of the people on site (about 4) got there electric connected, and early evening the street lights came on it looks great, we thought that they were testing them like before but we have had them on now for two nights and they stay on all night going off about 07.30. the lights on the main road in are not on yet but that´s fine by us for now anyway.

I just hope this make things look a little better for those of you waiting to sign, it's looking good from this side, I can only think that the Mayor must have pass the site so far for the street lamps to be put on will try and find out a bit more but it another bank holiday out here and not alot of people about.

They have put some roads in leading to the hotel area and parking area's near by.

Good to see some positive posts, hope now that the electricity situation is getting sorted a few more people will start moving in and work will start coming your way.

I don't know how your move went but am I glad that I didn't use Atlas, Mercers and Vicky have been fantastic.

When we paid our deposits over 4 years ago none of us had any idea what we were letting ourselves in for, now looking at what is there and what will be there I for one am over the moon.

I don't doubt that there are still many frustrations to be had along the way but as June and Roy said when I spoke to then recently in England, they can’t wait to get home (Sierra Golf).

Don't overload the fridge with too many tins and bottles.

Great news about the lights - now we'll be able to find our way home from the local boozer in Balsicas, so we might be let off by Janet & Mary!!

At least, if we are late coming, next week, the lights will come in handy.

John & Wendy - well said, Mercers in general, and Vicky in particular, would show all the 'Agents' what salesmanship & customer support is all about.

Don't worry about Tony's fridge being overloaded, it is targetted for 'unloading' next week!!!

The weather has been good the last week or so, it's been in the low twenties on a couple of days Pete and myself were having a few beers over our ajoining wall and the temp was 28c luvly jubbly just wot u need init.

I must agree it looking good out here, thee were about 10 cars parked in the street last night can`t wait for some more of you guys n girls to start moving in, we also had an Indian take away round Pete & Lins with a few beer and a couple of bottles of red wine. Found a nice red wine in the local supermarket in Balsicas it's 2.44 euros a bottle no expence spared you know what I mean.

P.S. got a bit windy here last night (nothing to do with the take away) it was strong enough to blow the flag poles over outside the Masa sales office and they all missed the building. how's there luck.
