We were out in December and were under the impression that the meeting had been postponed as one of the English full time residents on Phase 1 only received notification herself two days prior and then drew the communities attention to the fact that there is a mandatory notice period that needs to be used in order to call residents to a community meeting.
Also this resident is interested in the position of vice president of the community as apparently the president is "usually" Spanish and they like the 2nd in command to be English, this is obviously in our best interests, and we think that it is a great idea as she is full time out there and obviously would like to be fully involved and would keep us all posted.
I heard that the 85 euros fee was correct but would not include painting of the buildings which would need to be done every 5 years and this would be asked for separately
Cant tell you anymore but we have asked for a meeting with the community management company when we are out in January
Funny enough we heard the next meeting would be in March when there is a Spanish Bank holiday ?
