Hi everyone. Has somebody taken out the developers mortgage? If so what costs did you save on? We complete on the 7th september we've borrowed 135000e and we've just been given our final breakdown by our solicitors. We seem to have been charged for set-up which we were aware of but also for registration 3550e and valuation 300e, Also 3100e for title deeds which i think is correct. I'm not too sure if our solicitor as got it right because we don't seem to have saved the 3000e we were told by the bank? Our fees & taxes are 12% which we would have paid if we'd gone with somebody else.
