Just got back from holiday just to let you know the site on the first phase is just about complete the swimming pool is finished and operational .quite a lot of people moving in at present and keymare busy trying to move the rest of owners in. The large pool opposite the information centre has got a slight leak and they have put some powder in to try and find it, it looks like concrete, but we have been assured that it is just a powder which runs to the leakey part of the pool.
The second phase is well on the way and has barrier fencing has been put up to stop people walking on the site .
They have put temporary electric gates at the front .
we have been told that they will be moving out of the information centre in september to begin work on the gym and restuarant ETC this should be finished around September next year with a membership fee .this area will be a public area and not solely for the residents as we first thought.
