Hi and Merry Xmas and Happy New Year to Everyone.

We recently came back from Sierra Golf  from San Javier Airport. Approximately 5 mins after take off you can see a fantastic view of SG. You can see the entire shape of SG, but what amazed us was the vast size of the develpment. The properties aleady built only took up a tiny part of the entire site.

Yesterday, we received notification that our property is due for handover. We were led to believe that there would be no more handovers until at least the end of January. We are 13-46, has anybody else received notification?. Nothing was mentioned of the Hab Certs. I think we will hang on until the middle or end of January  to see what happens and hopefully the pound/ Euro exchange rate will improve.

Hi Peter & Pat,

We were told, when at SG last week, that GM had suspended the weekly signings until the new year, and, as we had already asked our lawyers to request the 22nd January, we unsure as to whether we could, as we as due to fly out for that date, be would not be there for any other.

We have now had it confirmed that we can sign on the 22nd, but, like you, hope that the currently ludicrous rate of the pound to the euro changes soon.
