Hi all,we are hoping to complete at the end of March on our quad,however,i spoke to taray through e mail asking if the property will be ready at the end of March,they replied that it will be ready but we could still not complete because of other paperwork not being in place,excluding the LFO.So,does anybody know the time span between finished product and all other paper work being in place ,regardless of LFO?????
We will be moving out mid April,so does anybody know of a place to rent,were we could use our own furnatiure,and would accomodate two dogs for a few months,until we can complete.????

From the sound of things i get the impression that Manzana 5 will be finished on time though we have had nothing definite from Masa yet.
For those of us with children, does anybody know how long we need to be out there when the quads are finisehed in order for all the paperwork, finances to get sorted. We are in two minds whether or not to bring out our 8 year old with us or not. She came out for the inspection trip and was really good but am not sure what the next one will really entail. Any advice would be appreciated.
Also if anyone has any newer photos of the quads around No 18 then we would love to see them.

We completed on Manzano 4 in Jan 08 on our quad, we were out the for 3 days, our experience was good, 1st day to finalise with our solicitor and arrange bank cheque for final payment to Taray, second day did paperwork at Notery ( best to get your legal people to meet you there early, as no appointments, its turn up and be dealt with) this takes about 1.5 hrs. 3rd day furnisher purchase and arrange delivery for our visit in March.
I word of warning, (if your not arranging a mortgage) be very careful how you get your final payment tfrom your Spainish bank to pay Taray, as this is done at Notery, we arranged a bank cheque, which the bank told us was a 50 Euro change for this, when our statement came through it was .5% or 512.00 Euro, we are still arguing with the bank for a refund.

I think that if it is only 3 days then we might bring along our daughter and extend our stay, it really depends when they get completed ie being during school term or not. I will also enquire with the bank what the fee is for transferring money between different accounts and banks.

Hi everyone
Has anyone heard anything from either Taray or their agent about completion at the end of this month?
Our solicitor has said that Taray is planning to apply for the LPO/LFO/Cédula de habitabilidad in April. However, after reading earlier posts on this thread, it seems that another licence is stil outstanding. Maybe that's the architect's 'Fin de Obra' licence?
Any information would be appreciated - we haven't heard anything from our agent.

Hi all,we spoke to Parador ,our agents yesterday,and they said the properties on manzana 5 should be on time to finish at the end of March,but paperwork will not be ready till sometime in May,dont know if this included the LFO,personally dont think it does.Does anybody else know anything?????

Hi All
We are completing on our Penthouse Block 6 1st April, can't wait, you really have to push Parador to get it sorted.
We emailed Taray and got confirmation that they would be ready, the LFO has been applied for and our solicitor is happy to go ahead.
We are arriving on site 27th March, renting for 1 week until we complete, fingers crossed.
Look forward to meeting you all on site.
