The projet now needs to be appoved by the Junta de Andalucía. Aifos is confident that it will be approved
I think Aifos should be more realistic. The Junta and the Defensor del Pueblo are already aware of this concrete nightmare and approval is not a foregone conclusion.
Whilst I sympathise with the hundreds of people who have been conned by this cowboy company you should remember that there are already people living in and around this area whose property values have decreased due to this development. It would be better for everyone if this project was completed, as long as the infrastructure is in place to cope with the hundreds of new residents. At the present time, the only access to the development is a narrow lane which cannot cope with too many cars, let alone HGV's. The land that was formerly used for access has now been locked off, due, we think, to either expiry of the lease or non payment of rent to the owner of the land.
Lorries are now coming to the site to take materials away instead of delivering them, and it will probably only be a matter of time before the cranes are dismantled and taken away as well. What then ?
Like all the owners on this thread, the residents here have a vested interest in the completion of this complex. The last thing we want is to be left with a concrete jungle that will become a haven for down-and-outs, or worse.
