As Ive posted previousley I like to scuba dive, I was thinking of getting a small speed boat and using it in the Mar Menor area. Ive had a few small boats in the past but as you can imagine the water here s a little colder. Do any of you know anything about the regulations in Spain regarding operating a small boat there, insurance, licence etc? Or do you know where I would find the info regarding it?
