licence of first occupation

Hi

I don`t know if anyone can help me with this?

I have an holiday apartment on phase 2 and i have just heard from someone who lives on phase 2 that the licence of first occupation has been taken away. Is this possible or was it not ever granted?

if anyone nows anything regarding this i would be pleased to here.

i will be at the community meeting on 12 april so if anyone else is attending i will see you there.

Im in Phase1 and have not heard anything,  i will check my documents and i speak to my lawyer..

Can i ask who told you and where did they get the information from ??

After 4 years i was be amazed if there are any problems with Costa Galera, everything is finished, PH4 and gold were delayed due to local government but are now finished...

I have heard nothing about a meeting on April 12,  can you give me more details,  i might fly ove and attend..

i heard it from a person who lives on phase 2 permanently who i got to know at the last community meeting.i dont know if it relates to the whole complex or just phase 2. i know at the last meeting we didnt have the licence although the developer said it would be granted in a few weeks.if you can beleive him!!

there is a community meeting on the 12 april which as far as i am aware is for all phases although i could be mistaken .

any more info would be great.

I have booked my flight so will be there for meeting,  any idea on what time it is, i guess it's in the Club ??

Im sure all is fine at complex but i wonder what is happening with PH4, no one seems to have moved in, i hope they have sorted out the flooded car park.

THE MEETING IS AT 10.30 IN THE CLUB HOUSE.

LIKE I SAID I`M NOT SURE IF ITS FOR ALL COMMUNITIES OR JUST PHASE 2. IF NOT IT`S  A
GOOD EXQUSE FOR A FEW DAYS AWAY.

ABOUT THE LICENCE. IVE HEARD THAT GUMER (THE COMMUNITY MANAGER) HAS A MEETING AT THE TOWN HALL ON MONDAY.SO SOMETHINGS UP!

THERE WAS SOME LIGHTS ON IN PHASE 4 WHEN I WAS THERE A COUPLE OF WEEKS A GO SO I PRESUME SOME PEOPLE ARE IN. NO SIGN OF FLOODING DAMAGE ,BUT I DIDN`T LOOK TO CLOSELY.

I believe that the AGM is for all 'phases'.

On the subject of licences, I would be surprised if there is a problem as it would have meant that all our solicitors would have failed to pick up on this. That's presuming we didn't all have the same one?

It will our  worst nightmare if the licence is taken away...i have mail my lawyer to see if   Phase1 where i am is ok...
