English MOT and English road tax

Has anyone else been keeping an eye on the number of properties sold at Terrazas at all -and does it worry you?

By my reckoning, no apartments have now sold since around June last year, with still around half left up for grabs. I havent been keeping an eye on specific apartments, so not sure if some have sold, then fallen through, then sold again. I show the same number of apartments available as of today, as there were on 1st June.

Is that a concern at all?

Yes concerns! when we went over in Jan they said sales were bad= seems non existent., but there are masses of other apartments for sale around there, and so much development, one wonders where

buyers are going to come from in the current economic climate. Also completion  date and valuations worrying.
