Confused

looking to buy a resale property on la torre, a little unsure at the moment given the many properties that are up for sale.  have visited la  torre twice now and think its fantastic, could any body tell me of anything that i should be aware of before making the commitment or is everything as good as it looks.

also does anybody know the community charge fees approximately for an appartment.

I am in the same boat as Chris. I plan to visit La Torre very shortly with a view of buying a resale apartment.  What are the approx annual running costs? I hear its a buyers market so what price should I be offering for a 2 bed, 1 bath frontline apartment?

I have an apartment on phase1. Yes it is a fantastic resort.

The costs vary greatly depending on location, size of terrace etc

A good location should be in the order of 180000 Euros plus the usual purchase costs usually about 10% including connections taxes solicitors etc.

A poor location could be about 150000 Euros and a penthouse about 220000.

Running costs are gas water electricity and community charge.

Community charges vary but should be in the order of 800 Euros
