We will be visiting Duquesa and Marina Del Castillo at the end of March, if anyone wants any photo's of anything specific I will do my best and either email them or post them on the site.

Just returned from Duquesa and site is really coming along.  We went into appartment and fixtures and fittings are nearly all in place.  Looking good.  One point to mention is check your square footage.  We measured each room and found discrepancies between the original size to now.  Doubt there is much our lawyer can do but have raised it with her who has assured us that she will raise this point with the developers.  Also we have been assured that another pool will go in.  Completion date is expected around the middle of July.

No probs Si, just to add to Janes post further down, the guy that showed us around the development (Pablo) confirmed that the ruins at the side would not be built on and would be protected by a glass 'Coffin', I think he meant 'Dome'.

Have just heard from our lawyer that the swimming pool along the front is definately going ahead. He has sent us the plans and it looks as though it is more to the left,facing the sea. How big it will be is the question.

We are going out early June and have taken on board Jane's advice about measuring our apartment.
