meeting covered 1) maintenance 2) insurance 3) elect committee rep
1) Tecno Aqua Piscinas (Almoradi) have the contract for pool maintenance
They have all certificates for cleaning required i.e. proper chemicals etc and insurance if there is a problem and someone is taken ill
clean pool 3-5 times per week june/jul/aug/sep, 1 per week nov/dec/jan/feb/mar/apr, twice per week may and october
rates were given
b) cleaning - not resolved - rates were considered expensive - get further quotes
cleaning garage area- agreed - will clean 4 times per year
2) insurance. 3 quotes received
covers damage to common areas eg lights and also liability cover for e.g falling on a broken tile
can get a copy of the details from NH Abagados if required
3) vote for preisdent of committee
ideally permanent resident and able to speak spanish
not sure of her name but Spanish lady elected

houses on the corner (non ole) are not in the community
administrated by NH Abagados - their charges given
builders will pass purchasers details onto them for payment of community fees
all properties to pay (including ole to pay for any unsold)
12 months to pay fees else court proceedings will be taken
security patrol would be expensive
will apply to post office to get delivery in the area
NH Abagados have keys for garages and garden gates
childrens play area across road is not part of the complex, it belongs to the town hall Almoradi
