We have just had a phone call from our lawyer telling us that we will not be completing tomorrow as the Prienesur representative from Cordoba is now unable to come. It might be Friday.

Can't say that we're surprised as this seems to be the nature of the beast that we are dealing with!

We completed this afternoon. What a relief!

We've just returned from sitting on our new terrace and watching the wild life (the animal kind not the neighbours) The frogs were out in full force loudly croaking their welcome to us!

It's been a long haul but it's all been worth it.

to all waiting ti sign as you can see even after you are given a date to sign it can again be delayed when you get there so be flexible with the amount of time you decide to spend in spain  for signing ours was set for 22 feb but didnt go ahead untill march 4
