i have had a few people asking me for final cost only thing is we have all payed diffrent prices so you will have to do what i did ask your solicitor but i will say  the

notary was 1.858euro

apartment deeds 3.487euro

our solicitor  1%

mortgage solicitor 1%  wich we had to pay for

 then we had our mortgage deeds to pay   over  2.000  euro  so as i say we will all have a diffrent costs

our solicitor is just waiting for us now .      we are going over next week to sign has anyone else been given the go ahead i dont want to be the only  one living in block  2 phase 4

You seem to be the only one to-date that has a signing date but don't let that stop you its being such a long haul at this stage.I'm sure other buyers are lining up as well to sign.According to Ken/Jenny they have what sounds like a final clean up started with block 1.Best of luck for next week keep us long haul buyers informed with your progress.
