did anyone  hear that the signing of title deeds for block 4 phase 4 is now set for middle of november

Hi

We have purchased in block 3 phase 4 and havent heard anything from our solicitor, quietly hoping with the drains fixed we will hear something soon. bit  disapointed as we were hoping to be in our appartment over halloween.

I am purchasing on phase 4, block 4 and am due to meet my solicitor in November to get my NAI number, but I have not heard anything different than February for completion.

The last I heard from our agent was blocks 1,2,3 first to be released followed by blocks 4,5,6,10,11 and the last blocks to be released on phase 4 are 7,8,9 which seem to need the most work for completion.I think as Sef says Ferbruary would appear to to make more sence.
