Morning.

Does anyone have a storage room beneath phase 2 block 8?

I am trying to find the size and how secure these rooms are.

Apparently we do not have one but we were of the understanding that every apartment had one.

I am in Phase 2 block 7.  When I was doing the purchase I was told that not all appartments will have storage rooms.  My purchase documents include the mentioning of a storage room and 2 car parking spaces.

We're in Phase 2 , Block 4 and can definitely confirm that they were an "optional extra".   They were c €3,000 at the time.   In our opinion they're not really necessary, but of course each needed to decide.

If it's in your contract you've got one, if it isn't you haven't.

we are in phase 4 block 2 our storage was not offerd as opitional it came with apartment and we saw it during our apartment veiwing and i would say it was about the size of a small shed as it did not have the light working when we veiwed it but you could store patio furniture tools suitcases or even a motor bike

the door was steel with a lock on it if you put in some storeing units  along the walls it would hold a lot more

We were under the impression that every apartment had a storage room and car parking space when we viewed. When we got the plans  from the solicitor there was no mention of the storage room but we do have car parking.

Our completion date has been delayed due to Spain shutting down in August but hopefully we will  have completed by early September.

We have a storage room with our apartment on phase 3 which sounds about the same size as Babe's, however we stayed in block 8 on phase 2 when completing on our apartment.  We saw the storage room to that apartment which was about 2 - 3 times the size of ours on phase 3. We are not sure if they are all the same size on phase 2 but if they are, they are much better value at 3k than the one we have.  Also have you checked availability as I think there are only about a dozen storage rooms in your block but I think there are about 30 apartments.
