- GARDENS NO COMPLETED - no new at the moment

MOVING TO OR SWAPPING INTO ANOTHER PHASE OR APPARTMENT ARE NOT ALLOWED.

COMPLETION DATES OF ANY OF THE PHASES WILL BE GIVEN FROM THE NEW CONSTRUCTOR COMPANY.

NOT SALES AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT. WE ARE JUST WORKING OUT PROBLEMS. ONCE IT IS FINISHED, WE WILL HAVE LISTS OF AVAILABLE APPARTMENTS WITH THEIR PRICES.

Further to your response can you confirm that work has or has not recommenced on Phase 4?

Can we all take it from your responce that it is a waste of time asking any questions as you definetly have  NO News ?

By the way this is not a question because I no you have NO NEWS

I have phoned you three time.s today and each time i am told to phone back  as there is no one to take my call who speaks english will you please provide e-mail address for head office in cordoba as i am getting the same problem when i phone them

i have had a letter from prieneSur today dated 18/06/07  saying they are offering us quality and excellence service and hope that we notice  this straight away 

 Well i have not noticed it  in fact i have never in my life been treated this way  whan dealing with something that is affecting our  life 

the delays are adding more money than we budgeted for i.e having to pay for furniture  storage cost    and refunding rental  bookings  i myself have sold my home as we were informed by our solicitor completion was only a few weeks away  he had been informed by cordoba office on 2/ 06/07 now you say you say everything is held up and cant offer information as to when we can get the apartment

 

Quermes, we very much appreciate your response. Just a futher question, when is the Contract expected to be signed and what does it call for? Were the main negotiation points agreed with the Contractor and it is just a matter of formalities or do you expect negotiations with the contractor to continue for a longer period? If so, for how long? If the Sales dept. has ne news, pls. kindly check with your headquarters, these delays are hurting the project and we are all owed clear responses.

We got back from a weeks stay at our apartment (phase 3) on Saturday 7th July and we saw no workers at any time on phase 4 , or anywhere else for that matter, just a couple of maintenance workers and security guards.

My sister-in-law has flown out today for 2 weeks.  I will keep you posted if I hear anything.

I am living on phase one, and I drove round phase 4 today, and tell you there is no sign of an builders

Hi All,  I spoke to my Sister-in-Law this morning who is staying at our apartment and there are still no builders on site.

as the spanish have august shut down idont think work will restart untill september and the developers will use this time to  hand over blocks 1/2/3 in phase 4 we have been in formed by our solicitor that contract signing starts next week and he has given us appointment to see him on 26/7/07we fly over on tuesdayif will post info a.s.a.p

 

Sacyr Vallehermoso (the new builders) will start on 3 september.

HI ALL

have returned today from cds went up to site on 26 july had a very long talk with NURIA she informed us that the f.l.o. for phase four have been granted and as soon as the water /elextric on phase three has been put on personal supply  to each apartment then they would start  on phase four blocks 1/2/3 and thay were hopefull of handing them over by mid september

we walked all over the site and were very upset to see the state they had let the pool area on pase four  between blocks 1 and 2 get into

 in febuary it looked fantastic  but now the pool is full of rubish and the water is dirty green the area around it is all overgrown  it looks like  a bomb site i cant understand why they let in get into such a state

the golf area has been kept up very well  the bunkers are in  its  looking good the ponds have been filled with water and the green  looked after its the pool area thet lets it down

the only people we saw working were from the elextric company and security men in phase four

we were also dismayed to find that the road going down the site is being used as a short cut for peopl living on other developments    beyond ours.   We were able to walk along this road all the way back to our hotel  on the beach front in benalmadena it took about  thirty mins and a lot of traffic were useing the road 

 we were led to belive that the development was private residents and access  only  at no time were we informed that this was a public  thoroughfare

Our lawyer told us a couple of days ago that the electricity on phase 3 is due to be transfered from the builders to the electricity company on August 14th.

Have people been informed that the new construction company is called SACYR VALLEHERMOSO.
