We are hoping to complete the purchase of our apartment in Phase 2, Block 8 at Arenal Golf sometime during July or early August.

Does any one know of a reputable insurance company to cover our buildings and contents?.

We plan to rent out the apartment so does that require a different type of policy?.

we use abbeygate insurance for all of our insurance needs and they always seem to be cheaper for a comparable service.

technically you do need landlords insurance but that will cost slightly more, a lot of people dont bother.

I will try Abbeygate Insurance and ask them about insuring the property with regards to renting it out.
