Endless internet search on agent ...

I have just recieved a call from my solicitor who informed me that blocks 1-3 will be completed in September, blocks 4-6 will be completed in october.  I was also offered the oppertunity to change my apartment on phase 4, but there is only a couple of apartments available on the 1st 2nd floor, which will not suite me as I have a large terrace.  She was not sure if they were front line golf either.  I will also wait till oct, as there is 1 months differnce.  She also stated that they will still need to apply for water and electric, once thay have been completed.  Light at the end of the tunnel.

Any idea how long it will take for the water & electric?  Would be good to be in before Xmas.

I dont know how long it will take for the electricityb but I would have thought you would be in before christmas.  There was a meeting with Sur and Gerens yesterday, so the contract must have been signed and time scales given.  My soliciter contacted immediatly after she got the news.  Still not sure about the club house as I feel this an important part of the complx, particularly for rentals.
