Hi,
I am in fase 2 block 9 facing out on the first green am im just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem as we are having. Ever since we moved in there has been a rotten smell of sewage on both the bathrooms. We spoke to the builders when they were arenal 2000 and they told us that it would go as soon as more people moved into the block but now the block is full to capacity and the smell is worse then ever so much so that when i went over to visit a few weeks ago i actually had to stay in the hotel down the roadit was so bad.
Please let me know if you have had this problem as well and how it was resolved.

When we rented in phase 1 in November 2006 there was a terrible smell of sewerage in both bathrooms.We where told it had been there for ages.Is Phase 1 still the same or has this been sorted.If so maybe they have an answer to why this happened on Phase 1.Was thinking about renting next month but might give it a miss if this is still happening

Thanks mlaw................. interesting to note, im not sure about phase 1 as i dont know anyone that lives up there but i might pay a visit up that way when im there next and see if there is anyone around the pools that i could ask.

I note the concerns re sewerage smells on phase 1, just to confirm that whilst acknowledging the problem we had it has now been resolved. I have owned my apartment now for 2 years and am very satisfied in general with the purchase i made!! On a lighter note there is a bit of a row sometimes with some dogs opposite our apt. but my good fortune is that i wear a hearing aid so am able to SWITCH OFF!!!!!!! (as and when)!

My friend has an apartment on phase 1 and 3. There has not been any smells but she did have problems with little moth like, black flies that come from the bathroom. We were informed that they are drain flies.
Has anyone give power of attorney to thir solicitor. If so what are the costs?

Power of Attorney was offered to me as part of the overall costs charged to me by my Lawyers!! I found the arrangement most useful....hope this is of help

Hiya Julie I dont appear to have received, the pm on power of attorney, for some reason I log with two different user names chen and sef. We have two computers at home so it is dependent on which computer I use. I must have had a dizzy moment and registered with two names!!!!
