Has anyone successfully bought a heavily discounted property on the formerly Arenal Duquesa site?

We have bought a first floor apartment on HR and having rented a townhouse on La Torre with a hot tub on the roof terrace would really like one! The problems we have are:

Has anyone managed to get a hot tub onto a 1st floor terrace, more difficult than dropping onto the roof

Polaris Home Style who sell hot tubs are saying the terrace may not be strong enough

Anyone with any views or experience would be gratefully received!

I had a Hot Tub at home in the UK.

The most annoying thing is when the cycle kicks in during the middle of night to keep the temperature hot and wakes you up.

They will annoy your neighbours & I wouldnt be happy if someone adjacent to us put one in.

Use the whirlpools in the Pools provided & we will all be happy!
