Judgement won what should I do next

Hi. Thought I'd share this. I contacted PW recently with some questions and these were the answers:

1.  Shutters on Penthouses will be manual and fitted to bedroom windows only.

2. No air con splits are included in price - only pre-installation.

3. They estimate completion in 2nd half 2008 !!!

Answers 1 & 2 are different to what the salesman told us but no surprise - should have got it down on paper.

Answer 3 was a surprise and I can't blieve that they'll be ready for completion before 2009 which was the previous estimate I'd been given.

Was there any mention what order the blocks would be released? Were in block 13 and were told completion would be between April and June 2009 depending on site progress.

Just spoken to Polaris who confirmed that the Jardines are being released from June and will be followed by the Naranjos Jardines,

I asked about the penthouses and was told these would be released in the Autumn but he did not know in what order.

He thought Naranjos would be complete by Xmas!

Jack Nicklaus was out about 3 weeks ago looking at the plans for golf course and clubhouse so something should start to happen soon.

Things are well ahead of schedule.

Are you sure the Penthouses are not getting shutters on the patio doors? We were told when we signed up that there would be and they would be electrically operated due to size. I don't think any other apartments on any other PW resorts are without shutters, so this does seem very strange.
