Hola a todos
If anyone could advice me! I guess I will need an Spanish Accountant to do my Spanish tax return after the rentals I hope to have on Jardines, do you have to have one by law and could a Spanish mortgage be offset by the rentals. Could you do the same thing with an English mortgage...hope this makes sense, or do you know anybody that could advice me as the time for completion is very close now....Help pls!!

Hi Mabel, can't help you with that but if I was you I would post this on the "Condado de Alhama" site.
It has new posts daily whereas this one seems a bit neglected, only found this out today.
John

Mabel,
If you go on the forum section, then off plan developments, then at the bottom they will be a link to add another forum. Search for Condado de Alhama it will bring it up. You're just on the Jardines site at the moment. Lots more being talked about on there including completion dates for Jardins 12 & 13
See you there

CAM and Polaris push and push then they take ages with a decision. Their criteria is very strict, I ended up seeking independent advice from Murcia Mortgages, they have helped lots of people who have been rejected when it comes to the guaranteed mortgage.

CAM take forever to give you approval of the mortgage and ask for the same things 5 times from my experience and others I know. Murcia Mortgages are fantastic as they know the criteria and will advise honestly if they think you are best to go with the CAM deal......it certainly put my mind at risk by using a company with all their experience. They do charge 1% for arranging the mortgage but they seemed to do more work than my solicitor so no complaints with paying that at all.
