Moving to spain in 9 months

We spent last week at San Juan and the progress made by Peinsa is incredible.

Our last visit was Sept 07 and they really are working flat out on the site.  The houses in ph1 look great, all painted and this really is going to be a great place to be.  We are in ph5 and they are working dawn to dusk, this is at long last very encouraging.

Of additional interest, all of the sites in San Juan are back in business and going flat out on the building - looks like all the licences have been approved together.  Again, this reinforces the fact that Pulpi do not want a half built town.

We also went to Roda and the development there is great.  Not such a great location as CDP, but it all looks very good.  If people pull out at this stage, Peinsa shouldnt have to much of a problem reselling. 

We rented a superb villa via Richard and Ava Clark (golfsanjuan) - very much recommend.

We are on phase 1, No 16 we are still on-line for completion in June -  we were nervous about more delays - but it looks certain  - at last.

How are the swimming pool and green areas progressing on phase 1?

we´ve visited San Juan last saturday because we´ve changed from Phase IV to a reselled house in Fase I, Plot 7.

The Phase I is ready to register in may or june, Patricia offered us to register on the 2nd may but it´s to earlier for us so we´ve delayed to the 2nd of june.

From my point of view it´s soon to register on may because the green area, pools and streets are not finished yet, Patricia feels comfortable to finished them in April, this is the reason´we´ve delayed to june to register.

It's good to read some positive posts, I was beginning to think we would be the only ones left living there.

I appreciate we haven't had to endure the delays as we only bought last October, and then it was a property that some else had pulled out from, but I think the houses, the position and the area are superb. We move to San Juan in 5 weeks and we're looking forward to seeing how much further they have got on with the development and then being able to see daily progress as we pass by on our dog walks to the beach.
