bank won't talk to us - can anyone help

We have just returned from San Juan and been informed that our phase (7) will be completed in March 2009, a little dissapointed as the currency is going against us at the moment . Whilst there we made enquiries about a vacant end property in phase 7 and it now includes the white goods in the price.

We are also on phase 7, last September when we were out we were told March 09 as the proposed completion date.

We were also told that there would be no showhouse but there is!

At least now we have some realistic time table we can monitor the euro rate and reserve in advance.

To be honest, we don't want to complete yet until the euro goes up as the house will cost 10% more than it was going too.

We think the builders should be giving all patient buyers white goods.  We have e mailed them on a number of occasions and they have not even responded.

We had got together on the forum to try and put weight behind a claim but even this has gone pear shaped with no responses back.
