Building alterations.

we are 2 off the long awaiting buyers of calas del Pinar will it ever happen ? we are loosing interest fast.if any one has any recent news would love to hear. We are phase 4 Number 10 and our new completion date is October 2008 but seen as this is about out 6th date we will have to wait and see.

Don't lose hope. Things are progressing at a great speed at the moment.

Hi. We're also buying on phase 4, but unlike most people on here, we only bought in October, I think we got a cancellation. We noticed progress between ou rinitial visit in October and when we went a month later and some of the photos show that there has been more progress. We are going out again in February, staying at Valle del Este and will drive down as we are scheduled to move to Spain in April, and will rent until our house is ready. We have also been told October 2008 but we are taking an open ended rental incase of further delays. I can sympathise with everyone who has been waiting since the beginnig, but I think when it is complete it will be a great place to live.
