Hi All.

Quite a lot of houses have now been painted and it would seem that they all have variations on the same few colours. I have uploaded a picture of phase 1 north taken today and, as usual, I have posted some more on the website www.esendionline.com/calasdelpinar.html

It still seems that phases 1 and 3 will have June completion dates and phase 2 will be October. For some reason there are two builders on site and  for some reason the houses being built by Obralia (the west side) are in advance of those being built by Etosa (the east side).

It's getting closer though!

I can't advise really - all I can say is what I was told yesterday and that was phases 1 and 3 will be "end of May or June but June is more likely". There should be no real problems with Notaries - even in the summer. If it gets into August there may be a problem with Habitation Certificates from the Town Hall but the building work is the key factor.

Thanks Stu, we are in Phase 3!  Thought that was another hold up. Condolences for Phase 2.  We'll be out there in April hope to meet you then.  Looks like ours is a dusky pink one.
