Recovering community fees thread

Does anyone know a good telephone number for Telefonica?  I'm trying to set up broadband etc and the number they provide on their website is unobtainable.  Also they haven't ,as yet responded to emails.  I'm chewing my fists in frustration.

From a quick glance, if you are in Spain, you can dial 1004 & ask to speak to someone in English.

Be careful with websites, do not assume that www.telefonicainenglish.com is anything to do with Telefonica.

If you are interested in obtaining a broadband connection both quickly and efficiently, then I can highly recommend Servicom. Telefonica, are, in my experience, an erratic company to deal with.

We needed both a landline and broadband connection and, after one phonecall and only a three-day wait, an appointment was made, they turned up at the agreed time, surveyed the situation and promptly set about installing the system, less than one hour later I was "on-line", "on the phone" and on cloud nine! (because cloud eight was still waiting for Telefonica to get back to them!!)
