We have used a company called Inside Right Espana for our furniture package. They have a showroom in the UK at Newcastle under Lyme which we initially visited to get an idea of their products and the quality. What you include in the package is entirely up to you. When we were in Spain recently we visited their showroom in Murcia to pick and order all the main furniture and beds.
The downstairs shower cubicle and bath shower screen has been ordered from someone recommended by IR Espana.
We decided we would get all the kitchen white goods and electrical items from a local shop in Aguilas that was recommended to us. We intend to get the majority of the kitchen utensils at Ikea.
The air conditioning has been ordered from MD Airconditioning in Albox, we have a 3 bedroom house but have decided just to get 3 units, 1 in the lounge, and 1 in each of the upstairs bedrooms.
If you get the opportunity to visit the site before you select the furniture take lots of photos inside the showhouse and take basic measurements of window sizes etc., it's amazing how much you refer to them when deciding furniture types, sizes and window voiles.
If possible we intend to be in Spain when hopefully ?? all this can come together and then get the locks changed.
