You are welcome...I am glad I was able to do it cause I am not very technical!! but EOS have made it so easy to do. Veranda looks really well, and the pool was being filled when we were there...I do think the rain helped a bit with that!!!! The grass is taking really well and all the trees and shrubs are starting to grow and flourish.
It was a little bit disappointing that we couldnt take pictures inside our own apartment, but the lady from Keymare was insistent that no photos be taken. But the inside of apartment was really well finished and the furniture was all in, there didnt seem to be any problems...well to our untrained eyes, so fingers crossed there wont be any problems when the snagging visit occurs.
We in Dublin so are dealing with the Euro, so dont have the worry about exchange rates, just trying to organise the finances and making sure we have enough money to cover everything...all those extra costs. Best of luck with your purchase and if you or anyone else going out keep posting photos please, its a great feeling to see them. Tricia

Right! I give up. I've just spent nearly two and a half hours trying to up load photos without success. I think I'm following each step correctly then after being very patient and waiting as suggested, at long last a message appears telling me that the 'Document contains no data!' The only photo I've managed to copy is one of the double bed taken from our balcony. Sorry about that folks. I'll try again tomorrow!

Hurray - Success at last!!!!!!!!!
I persevered last night and managed to upload a few more photos and have put a couple more on this morning. The problem seemed to be when I tried to upload 6 at the same time. Most of the photos are not much different from those posted previously except that everything is looking just that 'little bit more finished' and the grass is actually looking quite green.
We are waiting on our mortgage now, which we have decided to take out on our existing property in the UK - partly because of the poor exchange rate. We are hoping it won't take too long.
Noel and I have booked to go out again in September but in the meantime, I'm planning to come out in July to just get a few things sorted - crockery, bedding, light-fittings etc. so that we don't have to spend too much of our holiday shopping around for the essentials.
Nice day here in Wales today -sun shining for a change.
Best wishes,
Pauline

Thanks so much Kevin, we really need a bit of sunshine in our lives...I think I will have to print photos and carry them around with me to brighten up my day, weather is so bad in Dublin.
All looks really well. and looks like we might be neighbours Kevin, we are in second block from the end (beside the spa). Hope you had a good week, cant wait to complete and visit in August.
Thanks again.
Tricia and Anto

Hi Chris & Pierre.
I had some difficulty up-loading photos too but discovered that if I just did two or three at a time it worked okay. Looking forward to seeing your latest pics. It's still wet, windy and cloudy here in Wales - I think everyone is just about fed up with it. Spoke on the phone earlier with friends who moved out to Spain permanently earlier this year - say it's the best thing they ever did and is even better than they expected! they are now trying to persuade us to retire early - it's very tempting!!!

Thanks Chris and Pierre for sticking with it and posting photos, has brightened up my evening on another wet and miserable summers day in Dublin. You have got our terrace (I think) in one of the photos, the large terrace sticking out at the end near the spa and the pool.
All looks really well and just want to be there....have to wait till August. Thanks again. Tricia and Anto
