A few hours a week?.......

I have been trying to open a private message, but I keep getting the message 'private message facility not active'.  I have submitted a request to make the facility active but nothing happens.  HOW DO YOU OPEN A PRIVATE MESSAGE.

I am new at this.

Hi Bobshe, when you log in you should see your private message indicator in the top right-hand corner of the page. Alternatively if you go to the pull down menu under forums, top left, you will be able to access your private messages there. If you can not get your messages from these areas, send Justin an e-mail, support@eyeonspain.com or info@eyeonspain.com  he responds very quickly and will sort you out.

Thanks Sping.  Yes I have done what you say - all day yesterday and this morning.  Still cannot pick up message.  Also e-mailed info@eyeonspain.com but as yet no response.  I will keep trying.
