It appears to me that the only task Seasun can manage efficiently is extracting money from my bank account. No amount of e mails or phone calls elicits a response. I'm beginning to wonder if Senor Marques is actually just a figment of my imagination.
I neither receive notification of community meetings or details of my coutas and would be none the wiser about both if I didn't communicate with the good people on this forum.
If anyone has devised any cunning plans as to how to get a response from Seasun, other than cancelling my direct debit, please let me know

Hi there,
Just to add about the diappointing response from Seasun... They have managed to debit my account 3 times in the same month. Someone else community charge has gone out of my account. I have called 3 times and left messages and also sent 2 emails and have had no response. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing similar problems. I can only warn people to check their accounts cause they may have been double charges. Any suggestion on how to reach Luis Marquez from Seasun would ne helpful ??

Hi,
Same here, Seasun have also taken three payments from my account in the space of one month, if i do not get any response from my e-mail to them the last thing i want to do is cancel my direct debit but i feel i may not have any other choice. lets hope they reply !!

Despite the best efforts of Noreen, who is doing a sterling job, it would appear Senor Marques is determined to ignore any of our attempts to contact him and equally determined to ignore our queries. I suggest a co-ordinated approach be employed. Ideas welcomed

I am aware that Luis has now employed an extra member of staff who is currently going through all of the outstanding emails.
Again I have stressed to Luis & the new lady that the lack of answers to emails is not acceptable. I also have flagged this issue to Monica.
I have spoken to the new member of staff this week & she speaks excellent English & seems very customer focused, so I think there should be some improvement but it may still take a little while until the backlog is cleared.

It does seem that communication from Seasun is improving with the appointment of the new lady Noreen mentions. Her name is Marisa Bowie and I have received two timely email responses to questions in the last two days.
I suggest to direct your queries and questions to Marisa and give her a chance to respond as she is undoubtedly doing her best to get through a backlog thanks to Senor Marquez.

Have just checked my bank account and again , Seasun have taken two payments in one month from my acount, have sent them an e-mail but have had no reply, is anyone else having this problem ? i now intend to cancel thedirect debit.

I have sent you a PM on this subject.
If anyone else has had too many payments taken, please PM or email me your details as soon as possible so that I can pick this up with Seasun. If I can have the information by Wednesday, I will get an email off to Seasun this week.
Please let me know your apartment number, amounts taken & dates that they were taken.
I have advised Monica of this situation & she has asked me to progress this with Seasun.
